1. Enrollment and Participation: By enrolling at JustBallers participants and their legal guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Participation is subject to age eligibility and availability of sessions.
2. Membership: Membership options include a one-time sign-up fee for access to free trial sessions. Paid membership options may be introduced in the future, offering different session frequencies and benefits.
3. Sessions and Schedule: Session availability and schedule may vary. Participants are encouraged to regularly check for updates on our official website. Sessions length for Small Ballers (18 months -2.5 years) and Young Ballers (2.5 years - 3.5 years) are 40 minutes, whereas Powerful Ballers (3.5 years - 6 years) and Epic Ballers (6 years - 12 years) are 45 minutes.
4. Parental Supervision: For all age groups, parental presence during sessions is required to ensure the child's comfort and safety.
5. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior towards coaches, fellow participants, and equipment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate suspension.
6. Safety and Health: JustBallers prioritizes safety and maintains a safe environment. It's the responsibility of participants and their guardians to communicate any medical conditions or concerns prior to participation.
7. Liability Waiver: Participants and their guardians acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. JustBallers and its coaches are not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions.
8. Photography and Media: JustBallers may capture media content during sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, participants and their guardians consent to the use of such media.
9. Payments: Once signed up, monthly payments will need to be set up via standing order by yourself on your payment date as instructed by Admin. Each payment covers the upcoming month. Payments that have taken place are non-refundable.
10. Membership Changes and Cancellations: Participants may request membership changes or cancellations with a minimum 30-day notice period. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the prevailing policy.
11. Amendments and Updates: JustBallers reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. Participants and their guardians will be notified of any changes via our official communication channels.
12. Privacy Policy: Participants' personal information will be handled according to our privacy policy, which can be found on our official website.
